Shipping Policy

At SmartEcco, we partner with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, who work alongside local couriers to ensure reliable delivery straight to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping on all orders.

Order Processing & Payment Verification

Your payment will be processed when your order is placed. All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

We typically require 2–5 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipment. However, please note:

  • During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 10 days.
  • High-demand items or those experiencing stock issues may take longer.
  • Once your order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes, including address updates. We ship to the address provided at checkout only.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately due to different manufacturing or warehouse locations.

Tracking Information

All orders come with tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear in the system. If more than 5 business days have passed and your tracking status hasn’t updated, feel free to contact us at support@smartecco.com.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are charged once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SmartEcco has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. For specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

SmartEcco is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We rely on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation data when reviewing claims, so please report issues promptly. Claims made too late may not be honored.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or updated.

If your order has already been processed, we unfortunately cannot retrieve or reroute it.
